Happy Marathon Monday!

Today is the Boston Marathon!

Boston Marathon Finish.
Boston Marathon Madness!

I hope to make it there by 2015, but in the meantime, I’ll be cheering on my favorite runners via the live stream, available here.

For your reading entertainment, a roundup of some of my favorite Boston posts this past week:

…and this one, a little further back than a week ago – but mega inspiring for future qualifiers…

What are you doing to celebrate MARATHON MONDAY?

  1. Oooh thank you for all these! Definitely cheering everyone on in spirit this year. Boston was life changing for me. : )

  2. I’d love to see the Boston Marathon live someday – couldn’t watch online because I’m working. Running it will never be on my radar since I really don’t think I’m ever running another full, much less a BQ full. Today I’m going to just celebrate my great half marathon from Saturday.

  3. So excited to spectate this year and see the elite packs of women and men fly through Wellesley. I feel certain you will be toeing the starting line next year. Sadly today was ruined with the horrible tragedy that unfolded at the finish line this afternoon.

  4. Thanks for the shout out, Krissy. Boston is a marathon like no other. The runners will be back in force next year, and I am sure the spectators will be, too. A wonderful day ended with a senseless tragedy and we will remember the lives lost and people injured when we line up again next year. Hugs.
